Minister I am suggesting that you impose a gun levy in South Africa.

The levy will help government with new money that will be used for a variety of purposes in government.

Guns levy will help with gun control mechanisms and will to a large extent discourage people who want to own firearms for no reason. Some people even have multiple firearms.

The money can be used to support gun victims in South Africa.

This levy must exempt police, soldiers and prison guards.

The security agencies must pay the harvest levy.
