Dear Minister Cele

My name is Boitumelo Manganyi, from Oukasie township just outside Brits town in the North West. Our township is in shambles and your police department in our area is doing absolutely nothing about it. Business are getting robbed daylight, where they even kill whoever they come across, gunshots are our daily bread, day and night we live by gunshots and nothing is being done by the police.

Just yesterday 2 young mothers lost their lives in the hands of criminals by those guns and many more were left wounded, women and children included. We live in fear, you can't even go to the toilet at night because you are afraid that you might get shot while doing that.

We need your help, we need your intervention because we are raising kids in this unsafe environment. We are not safe even in the comfort of our own homes.
