Dear Minister. On the 30th May you announced financial help to tourist guides. Mails to SA Tourism and regional offices have resulted in excuses, unanswered mails and frustrating fruitless communications, each writer having other reasons why your promised allowance is not yet payable.
Kindly elaborate on this and advise when I as a National Guide can expect your promised help.
