I am acting Center Manager in the FSCETC located in Philippolis a town 174kms from Bloemfontein. I watched you chairing a Committee in Welkom about our College.

Sir I want to just highlight the difficulties we are experiencing as Acting Center Managers who have not been paid for a year from April 2024 now ending Monday 31st March 2025. A whole year without being paid and having moved from your home to another town and you are requested to perform full functions of a Center Manager. Can you please Sir help us resolve this matter we tried absolutely everything for the Department to make us permanent but all in vain.
