Dear Minister
I would like to know how our kids are placed in schools, I applied for my daughter the day applications were open, I then submitted documents within 2 days after applying online. My daughters grades are excellent and yet she was placed at a school that I do not want her to attend. The school does not even have the extra activities that my child partakes in. So I want to know WHY she was placed to this particular school. What criteria did she not meet? And I refuse to take her there, so does this mean my child won't be in school next year and also is it that I can't afford a private school means I should just agree to what the GDE says? What happens now - How does the government assist us, as it says "For the people"!!
