My child was accepted at townview secondary school in the West rand district, amazingly when we arrived today at school, we were told that the in no space and I should engage with the district. My question is - how it is that the online system made an offer to accept or decline while the space at the school is already full? My child is still not placed at any school thus far.

Note that according to the online system, my child is offered a space at town view.
