Hello, Blade. Your preparations for climate change is commendable, but there is a crisis of galactic proportions that you need to be aware of.
Our Sun is not orbiting the Galaxy, as the entire scientific community believes, it is spiraling into the center. We don't have 5 billion years left, we are at the end of the spiral.
Global Warming is a direct result of increasing proximity to the center of the Galaxy. Each day we get 11.8 million miles closer.
Once the ice caps are gone, there will be nothing to regulate the heat from the Sun. Very quickly the oceans will become too warm for life, and the air will be too warm for plants. I believe we have less than twenty years before the planet becomes inhospitable.
