As a citizen of south africa, i feel that as a county we just moved on and not praise the Apartheid System. The Bantu Authority ACT 68 of 1951 was removed from its duties but the government gazzet proclamation is still active, we think is not fairly to embarked on community development while beneficiaries of That Gazzet are still custodian of the Land.the commissioners of Land restitution are facing a huge challenge by that gazzet of 1957 which is still active.

We call upon the committee to remove the activation of government gazzet of 1957 Under bantu Act 68 of 1951.
