I have been struggling to have my complaint instituted in the Equality Court since April 2025, starting from Lebowakgomo Magistrate, now in the High Court, only to be met by ruthless gatekeepers. Please assist me Julius. I have suffered unfair discrimination (GBV related) and harassment at the hands of SAPS and DoJCD, the two respondents in my complaint. As you would know the DoJCD is both the player and the refferee. Now clerks reject my complaint without following Regulation 6... of PEPUDA and complaint officers dont dont respond to my further complaint, so no one is holding them to account. Please assist me have this complaint instituted in the Equality Court Julius.
