Dear Honourable Cele, I hereby lay a complaint against UMzimkhulu Police station together with ward 16 community police forum. My brother was found dumped in the bushes beaten to death earlier today, during the last hour of his of life, he managed to tell that he was beaten by the Cpf, after he died. My main concern is no body knew what happened to him, up until we managed to find a person who led us to some sense, this guy who lives close to where my brother was murdered, he told us that at around 5 am peaple(Men) came wearing balaclavers borrowing his wheelbarrow claiming that they want to take a severe beaten guy. He gave it to them. After all Ward community gave us different stories with lousy evidence and its seems like there is a lot that is hidden. Police seems to be gragging feet because they were just standing, not even asking about what happened to him instead they only said they will open a case. They even left the one who hold all information who was also with the killers, my concern is police were just acting normal and they even did not bothered themselves about questioning anyone. Instead we did invastingation that at atleast led us to this little information we have.
