I am a claimant of a land in Mashishing Mpumalanga and have been trying to get to the Minister in the past 15 years and are been blocked by the staff from District, Provincial and National office of the Department of Rural development and land reform. Three weeks ago I called the PA Nwabisa Kale and send her documents and since then my phone is blocked, my communication not even acknowledged. In the meantime we have a chance to grab a one billion rands investment opportunity on IPP but cannot do so because the department of water affairs has sold some of our land alleging we owe irrigation board whereas the Land has been dormant since 2010 after some white farmers where paid out, please help us get audience the ministry
