My name is Patrick Kgalegi
I am writing this message not knowing what else I have to do but I have a complaint against the police in the Rustenburg North West.
The thing is I was hijacked back in August 2017, an arrest was made almost immediately. The problem is I am not happy with the way the investigation and/or the processing of this matter.
I have approached everyone in line management until the provincial office and I am still not getting any assistant. This last Friday I was speaking to the person handling my complaint at the provincial office, I asked him for report on his investigation of my complaint he refused telling me that is confidential.
I am at my wits end, I do not know what to do. Please help.
