I trust this email finds you well. 

I am approaching you directly as you were the Minister of Higher Education. 

My business partner and I have come up with a solution to create free higher education for all within South Africa. 

It is now over 2 months since my first communication to the Government (Mr. Ramaphosa's office as well as DHET) and I am no closer to giving the IP around this solution. 

There is no urgency whatsoever within the department(s). This has become rather frustrating now as this solution can be implemented from the beginning of 2022. 

I am hopeful that making contact with yourself will potentially get the traction this deserves and get me in touch with the relevant parties (Mr. Ramaphosa or Dr Nzimande). 

The reasoning behind wanting to get in touch with either of these two specifically is they are decision makers and will drive this from the top. Unfortunately meeting with DDG's and MTT's is not getting the traction this deserves.

Another reason for wanting to meet either of these gentlemen is due to the fact that elections are around the corner and I am sure they would want to use this in the election campaign.
