I hope you are doing well Sir.

My name is Pragasen Maistry. I am a proud South African citizen.

I reported crimes to the Hawks relating to hate crimes committed against random black South Africans and implicated a law firm in attempting to cover up these crimes using falsified statements to undermine and prevent an investigation into this matter and a significant protected disclosure matter that implicates various government entities.

The Colonel that I reported this matter to within the Hawks was supplied with information by me relating to violent crimes against random black South Africans and other related criminal activity that would assist the Colonel in procuring accurate and truthful statements from those who committed the crimes.

The Colonel in question then received falsified statements from the law firm to prevent any investigation into the matter. The Colonel then:
1. Deleted the case file related to this matter.
2. Provided the law firm with information related to the other criminal activities (that I provided to the Colonel to assist him in his investigation) so that this law firm could provide the information back to the criminals so that that the criminals are able to mitigate their actions.
3. Has refused to engage me regarding the investigation.
4. Has provided assurance to the law firm that the matter will NEVER be investigated.

I have reported the matter to various Police stations who advised me that because the Hawks were involved, they have no authority to investigate the matters. They advised me to write to complaints@saps.gov.za. I have received no response from this email address. The station commander also provided me with the names of individuals I should reach out to, i.e., National Commissioner Masemola who I have no idea how to contact and your name.

This is why I am writing to you regarding this matter. Can you please help me?
