Dear Mr Cele

I know you have a lot of other important things to do in your life . However I’d like to bring something to your attention. I’m a young individual from Durban ,Kzn . I live in this small town called Verulam . I’m so proud to say that I’m born and brought up here . Recently an incidents occurred ,which I was involved in and I decided to leave the matter in the hands of the police and the verulam court. However the justice system has failed me as a young individual of this country I’m really disappointed by how things are being ran in the verulam court. There is fraud and corruption that’s happening in there. There is bribery done . Dangerous people are paying people in the court to lie and do fraud and these dangerous people are winning the cases because of this fraud that’s going on. And innocent people are looking like liars because these innocent people do not have the money to bribe and pay anyone inside the court . So tell me mr Cele do we need money in this country to fight our battles ? Do we have to fright to even open a charge against someone cause of there wrong doings just because you know you don’t have the money to bribe these prosecutors and police officers ?. And I have experienced this myself I am an innocent young individual who was done wrong by other people once I opened a case somehow I lost because apparently there was not enough evidence , but trust me all the evidence where there . Not once did they call me for questioning but the case was withdrawn ! And now I look like I’m a liar and I opened a case for nothing where as now the victims are on the verge of suing the state and getting free money for the wrong things that they have done ! They will get rich for lying , bribing and doing fraud they will win the case and pay off everyone that where involved in this fraud that’s happening. Even the state lawyer that’s representing the state will probably get paid off. And I will be here looking like a liar poor as always while the real victims get rich . Mr Cele all these people in these courts are all about money especially the verulam court . As a citizen of SA I’m really concerned about this horrible justice system that we have running. Innocent people are probably going to jail and the real victims are walking free . You really need to have a close look into whatever is happening at this verulam police station and the verulam court sir I plead to you this needs to stop and please do something about it .
