Dear Sir

Kindly we are in a satuation where our state subsidized housing has been fraudulently transfered to some one else,is it possible if we can open a case of fraud with the SAPS,because prior times the SAPS in our area refused us from opening a fraud case,I also want to know if we want cctv footage from SAPS what procedure do we have to follow.

Sir my father is now 95 years old and homeless due to this matter.I sincerely hope for a positive response from you.
