a complaint from me hendrik . i am a native from franschhoek. the botanical garden on one of your departments property from 2006 in franschhoek town has agreement from your department to be on there. me and the owner of this garden had a agreement to develop this garden further after it was open between us. at this moment i am not active on this project. i had a fall out with the municipality telling me and this owner about the municipality claiming that the agreement use is with the municipality not your works department and with your department of works. the municipality did not want us to further either development as requested from us two in the garden into tourism not permanent structures of hospitality with botanical plant as main project purpose when we agreed to this in franschhoek. can yiu help me get our agreement back on track because DA municipality insults me and him at that stage and now i am busy looking for help me as a ANC because the project was allocated at that time the ANC was in charge of this municipality
