A gentleman is employeed by the Department of Health and has four kids. He only registered one with the employer to evade maintenance and to qualify the other kids for child social grants.

The gentleman can surely afford to pay maintenance to all his four kids but decided to fraudulently enlisted his kids for child social grant and their mothers are now unable to claim maintenance because he told them of grant.
