2.The Hon Mec I also humbly ask you to assist with the intervention in the Security Tender no:CDS(T&S)09/2018.
As 30 percent were ring fence for Mvet ,but this was shared amangs Officials and Mayor.
3.Mec I've reported this Corruption to you Sir and even at your office in writing, your Chief of Staff knows this.
4. I believe your office has been entrusted with the power to assist the Mvet
