Dear Sir

I am a foreign citizen whom is locked down in Cape Town. Though I am not a Filipino citizen; I live in the Philippines and I married with a family.

If it wasnt for some help which I have received , I would be homeless and pennyless.
Does the government have any plan to allow foreigners to leave to go back to where they live?
