You have put the people first. However you have to see the pain and suffering that I am dealing with my FORD KUGA.
It over heated last year and the motor had to be replaced.
Again this has happened this year and my kids were in the car with me. I have again towed my car back to ford as it did it within two weeks of coming back from ford last month. I am sitting at home with no transport and my work is not happy with me at all.

I am sitting at home with unpaid leave (LOSS OF INCOME).

I am a normal citizen like yourself that bought a family car and now the ultimate price I am paying for it.

I just thought that you who made the rules should see how your fellow SOUTH AFRICANS ARE SUFFERING REGARDING THE FAULTY KUGA THAT HAS DONE THE RECALL YET IT STILL PERSISTS TO OVERHEAT.

Ford say they have escalated the matter after spending more than R160000 in warranty replacement parts alone !
I have done my part with paying the bank and service the car, however I am about to lose my job with me not been able to get to work.

I’m taking ford on. Yes on my own. The fact that they walk over the client and customer is the first issue I have.
The second issue sis that they do not care about children as I have two kids and they let the car overheat with my kids inside.

Yes I can buy a new car or another car, then ford will be getting away with this criminal act as that is 100% what it is. A criminal act.

Ford is not coming to the party that is why I am going to be raising this ion every platform I can until a real SOUTH AFRICAN can see my pain and help me with this matter.
