My name is Noluvuyo Dlamini a CFSD criminology and forensic investigation student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Not so long ago I watched Mr Bheki Cele speaking about how the SAPS is short staffed and has a problem with under qualified employees, while there are plenty of unemployed criminology graduates who possess the required knowledge the department claims to need, why is this so?

There is a problem of crime in SouthAfrican and individual who possess the required analytical skills and capabilities to assist in changing that aren't bieng hired. I'm writing this out of concern for my own future as well as out of concern for South Africa as a whole.

Please give this some thought
