Dear Minister Schreiber,

On 14 October 2024, I applied for the verification of my Permanent Resident Permit certificate at the Department of Home Affairs regional office in Bloemfontein. I later followed up with your office and was assured that I was being assisted; however, it has now been over a year with no progress.

This continued delay is very concerning.
