Greetings

I got a firm offer to study Public Management at Mangosuthu University of Technology on Monday morning.
On Thursday I received an email stating that my offer has been withdrawn,I called the institution to let them know about this but they assured me that my offer will be reversed back to me.
I have been sending emails to the institution since then but I haven't been assisted about this .
I am pleading to be assisted on this matter and my firm offer be reversed back to me
