In 2023 I filed for a protection order against my church warden and the application was approved then in 2024 the case resumed and every we go to court the case will be postponed. Later in the year of 2024 I was in court and later on I was told that the file is missing and a new date was given to appear, the case was postponed to December and the judgement was heared unfortunately it was ruled in favour of the perpetrator. My question was how did the magistrate make ruling while the file was missing. I am a disable women my left leg was amputated above the knee.
