Dear Dr. Schrieber.
My wife tried to renew her driving licence this morning 16 September 2026. After sending more than 3 hours waiting to be helped only to hear that Home Affairs doesn't have her finger prints. In 2025 we applied for our visums and because she doesn't have finger prints they overided the sistem. My wife had a back opperation in 2024 and can't stand long or sit on a hard surface. They told us to go back to Home affairs. How wil this solvent the problem. I am sure my wife is not the only personeel with this problem. What are we suppose to do? Does this mean she can't have a drivers licence?
