Dear Min Schreiber
After the COMPLETE application process was followed, the SYSTEM constantly refused an appointment for my daughter's passport. I tried MANY times and each time it responded with no slot available,
When I wanted to try again (after 4 years) - the application was cancelled and your staff responded as such :The application was automatically cancelled by the system due to no response. Unfortunately there is no refund, you need to re-apply and pay again.
This is really unacceptable !
