Dear Mr J. MALEMA

I'm Zonke Makeleni an intern in the Department of Education EC. I'm a Rep for interns who have been trying to get permanently employed by the department since we've been interns for more than 4yrs and we are moved from one programme to the other. We've tried all internal avenue by talking with the management of the Department and the MEC Mr F. Gade, late Mr Kojane who was the HOD and even escalated our matter to the provincial premier Mr O. Mabuyane in 2019 but still got no answer nor assistance.

Now we are at CCMA since 2021 July fighting for permanent employment but still no luck. The case is politically challenged within CCMA and outside.

Mr Malema kindly assist us to fight for our permanent employment as we are being exploited by the Department to the extent that they've terminated contracts for interns before their end date in March 2021. This is so bad and painful treatment from the department and its management and the Premiers office at large.
