Greetings to whom it may concern, How would I as a concerned citizen, anonymously report a large call center in Johannesburg Randburg, violating many compliance regulations with regard to COVID -19. Including but not exhaustive of not social distancing , not wearing of masks while dialing only face shields, employees gathering in lifts, entering locker rooms without masks and walking around in the business premises and communal areas without masks, prevalence of drugs and alcohol, putting others in the building and public at risk. The security guards and cleaners of the building not wearing masks putting the workers at risk and not enforcing the regulations. The security company is well know to harass the employees, bribe them, intimidate them and act as a law unto themselves.The owners of the call center are well aware of the goings on and encourage at times the behavior of suppression for monetary gain. They do not care and think they are above the law. This company exploits workers and the whole business culture has been known by many in the company and outside to purely exploit,threaten and treat staff as if they are slaves. The whole area is very unhappy with this company and they keep getting away with this.The landlord of the building has been made aware but turns a blind eye as he is in bed with the the owner of the call center. This company is a ticking time bomb and problems within the company have been going on for a very long time. But now with the risk of lives been lost in the company and outside because of their behavior my ethics dictate I must say something NOW. I could go on and on about the problems but due to either fear or unknown rights, nobody will do something that work there or elsewhere. I believe its is my time to act .
