Dear Honorable Minister

Please assist I am looking for In-service training or Experiential Learning i have completed my Certificate in Financial Management in December 2017 but struggling to get training so that I came obtain my Diploma I have submitted my CV at our placement office as soon as the results were released January this year.
I also tried getting training my self in the following places as I reside in East London:

Cecilia Makiwane Hospital - Mdantsane (CV taken but no response yet)
Frere Hospital - Amalinda (CV not taken because i do not have funding)
Department of Justice - East London ( CV not taken because i do not have funding)
Department of Human Settlement - East London (CV not taken because i do not have funding)
Amathole District - East London (CV not taken because they only take people with rural area under their district not Buffalo City)
Buffalo City Municipality - East London (CV placed in box)
Department of Agriculture - East London (CV taken and no response yet)
Department of Transport - East London (CV taken but no response yet)
Department of Education - Zwelitsha (CV not taken because i do not have funding)

I might not have mentioned all the places but i just wanted to show that I have at-least also tried on my side not only waiting for the college.

I am frustrated about this matter as I am turning 35 this year and comes next year i will be struggling even more as most internship programmes deals with ages 18 - 35

Your intervention will be highly appreciated as we are struggling to get in-service training or Experiential Learning as students of Buffalo City College.
