Good day, I hope you are doing well

My opinion on the new bill in PIE act is, when the husband/wife is married to a woman/husband then leaves his/her step kids at the house and they are married in community of property and their total estate is less than R 250 000.

The partner shouldn't be given the right to evict the step children after the death of the another because that is another pandemic happening in many homes!!!
