Dear Deputy Minister,

I am very sorry to involve you in this matter but it has now been more than 14 months since my mother passed away and I am making no progress in getting the required Letter of Authority from the Masters office in Cape Town despite numerous emails.

I would be most grateful if you could intervene so that I can at least have an indication of when the Letter of Authority will be made available so that I can start with the administration of the Estate. All the documentation has been provided to the Masters Office in Cape Town.
