I have tried contacting the dti spokesperson for essential service registration for two weeks to no avail. I own and run a small business supplying vegetable seeds, seedlings and fertiliser to small subsistence farmers in rural Zululand. I cannot receive a certificate to trade through the BizPortal since I am not registered with CIPC. Surely there are many, many small businesses like me who are being discriminated against in this regard? PLEASE HELP!
