This is a follow up email.

What is being done about the contractor that is jepordising the state of station at Eskom Lehtbao Power Station?

We have rasied the following concenrs.

1. Explotation of workers that are being paid below minimum.
2. Employement through bribery by Thelezi Sophaza and team on going for years. Thelezi must be replaced she is corrupt to the core. The CEO is married to her sister she thinks she is replacable. 
3. Inexperieinced and unqualified workers employemend to exploit jepordising the station. You are promoted if you pay bribes withouth any proper qualifications.
4. Failure to comply the company must be audited dating back to other outages by DoL, bargaining council and Eskom.
5. Hiring of less workers than requirement working around the clock compramising safety.
6. Lunch and transport not provided for like other contractors.
7. All workers employed files must be audited beofre they enter site to make sure they are qualified and have the necessary training required for eskom with the right unit standards.

This outage isn't going to happen for the contractor. We are demanding changes. Fair payment and recruitment process.
