Good day Sir

On the 22nd of January 2026 our electricity was cut off. We are staying in Mmakau. I am a paying customer but now my family and I are being treated just like those who have illegal connections in their homes. The service that we have encountered at the Eskom Help Desk in Ga-rankuwa it’s very demeaning. My matter has been escalated to a point where I have been told that it has reached the minister’s ears. I have no hope that our electricity will be restored soon. I have explained to everyone at Eskom the urgency and importance of getting electricity.
