As a qualified Enrolled Nursing Assistant, I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to the public healthcare sector. However, I have noticed that there have been none of Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary/Assistant advertised opportunities in this category within KZN. This situation has made it increasingly difficult for many qualified individuals like myself to secure employment and support the healthcare system.

I would greatly appreciate any clarity on the following:

- Whether there are plans to open or advertise ENA/Assistant positions in the near future
- The reasons behind the limited availability of such posts
- Any alternative pathways or programs available for ENAs seeking employment within the public sector
