I Mfanufikile Zuma based in Kzn Pietermaritzburg.iwas once in one of our farm's in Richmond road where iwas assisted by a black woman by the name of Mangubane she told us that she worked there since 1998 and she now have 5cows and she bizzy looking for a piece of land where she can her business or farm I promised to enquire to a department that what are plans that the department have to uplift black woman on such issues Thanks
