I want to draw your attention to an email sent 12 December 2024 (kmanamela@parliament.gov.za; mzoneli.bq@dhet.gov.za) and trust it will be attended to a.s.a.p. It involves the almost criminal handling of the non-awarding of a NSFAS bursary to a desperate student of whose parents will not be able to afford paying for this year's fees. The student fully qualifies for the funding.

We have been trying to resolve this issue since March 2024 and NSFAS has just failed in delivering the service they ought to.
