Dear Cyril
You made a statement at SONA that everyone will have to start paying their bills.
Firstly if you can employ efficient employees who go out and read the meters on a monthly basis and not charge estimated charges, then we can budget accordingly.
We have meters in are houses, and buy vouchers for R800 to R400 electricity pm.
We get a bill of R1800 so where does the balance of the money go. Are we paying Zuma's court cases??.
There are so many people unemployed, and uneducated people working at the government, for instance phone any government department and see how long it takes them to answer the phones.
In my days on the third ring our calls had to be answered.
People now does not have the passion, but what benefits they can get from the government. I have been sending emails previously, but no reply.
I would like to see my electricity bills a true reflection of my usage without estimated charges.
I trust that you will keep me posted, as to what route you take in order for all south African's to pay their bills.
Regards
