Dear Mr Roos,

I understand the situation regarding load shedding; however, we have been without power again since 10:00 AM. today. When we message our ward councilor, she does not respond or provide any feedback, which is unacceptable.

Is this the level of service we should expect from our councilor? We have basic needs that require electricity, especially as we live on a plot where power is essential for pumping water.

Our address is Plot 144, Rooikapok Street, Zandfontein, Pretoria. Please advise on the way forward, as this situation is becoming increasingly difficult.
