My name is Lekhoanyana Paulus Mpiko i did my electrical trade test at Qualitas training center in August of 2019
But haven't receive my trade certificate when i ask the training center they are telling me that it is the department of higher education's fault.Please help me Sir i can find any job because i can prove i did my electrical trade
