Dear Ms. Siviwe Gwarube,
Thank you for putting your efforts towards the education of the children of our beautiful country. Along with many brilliant minds, your ideas can only contribute to the development of our dynamic country.
In the 6th administration it was stated that advocacy groups are to shift from advocacy to implementation in poorer communities. The questions are :
1. Are their specifics of what constitutes a :poorer community"
2. In collecting data about disabled minorities (specifically the DeafBlind), what data are we allowed to collect and how do we use that data? More specifically, how does the Early Childhood Development program work with the POPI Act?
3. In the different provinces, do different rules apply in the education of our children? And how do we as an NPO go about the coordination of the NPO as a whole with the view of developing our children to the best of their ability?
4. How does the Early Childhood Development program impact DeafBlind children specifically, when their needs are greater than other children?
