Please assist me in regards to a learnership program in Mpumalanga government in 2009 I try many way to request my competency certificate they denied to give me.The service provider was DESTO PTY LTD. Because of staying in rural area the Mpumalanga government looked down of public. Please assist me to find what happened are no irregularities has done because no certificates has been issued till today 2025-05-18
