I am looking to speak to the minister about reopening a sewing school in edendale in pietermartizburg I am not getting any help from SEDA as they failed to even look at my proposal.

I am appealing to you minister to give me your time even if its 5mins as this is will empower pietermartizburg and its youth tremendously
