SA need to relook at the car (Joule)which was going to be launched during the time of President TM Mbeki and Min: M Mangena. That launch at Frankfort was going to bring hope to the economy of the country. We need to manufacture our own products light and heavy duty machine. This will be a step in the right direction like China and India has done.
