To whom it may concern

Hope you are well.

As the ECD sector (children 5 years and younger) falls under the dsd's responsibility we would just like to know when we will hear from our own Minister?

The Minister of Education has made their plan public, but as we do not fall under them we are not included in their plans.

Our local Social development departments are not of any assistance as they themselves do not know.

We would appreciate your feedback regarding this matter
