Dear Mr Mbalula

Please can you change the law to automatically upgrade a B License to and EB license after a certain amount of years? My older sisters automatically had an EB license as their first license, the law was changed for some reason and now there is no real test to upgrade your license to an EB. If you change the law it will free up testing station time and I can finally tow a heavier trailer and be legal.

Please look into this. My suggestion means that only drivers with say 5 yrs experience can then tow a heavy trailer.
