Dear member of Parliament, the above mentioned subject is is now three decades old and the national Speaker of Parliament in 2000 was in human settlements office and played an important role of handing over a cheque to rural development in Mdantsane's Sisa Dukashe Stadium on a Saturday afternoon, briefly nothing is going on since then, can you please probe for as to why no follow up is in place until today?.
