Dear Siviwe, we have offered for free our 7 week Literacy program that ensures 100% success rate, to EDC students to read for meaning ( from our president down to many dept leaders in education) but to NO AVAIL!. This course is implemented with complete success in a top private school & although copy righted, and used abroad, it has fallen on deaf ears.
The current leadership should seriously consider this application in the best interests of RSA.
