Dear Mr Malema
I write this letter because i (we) have nowhere else to turn to.
In 2019 i lost my job and have been unemployed eversince .I joined the E hailing transport community 3 months ago to provide for my family.
Mr Malema we are killed robbed, extorted ,victimised by law enforment officers, everyday we have to fight off thugs on the streets knowing we have nowhere to turn to as we cannot obtain legal permits from the ministry of transport. We are being targeted and assaulted by the taxi industries everday ,not a single day goes by without being harrased by these various groups.
Our pleadings are not heard and adhere to from this Wcape goverment.
We are making a honest living yet we are treated like criminals
We are doing what the goverment cant do for us(creating jobs) yet we are treated like dogs, threatened by taxi bosses, robbed by thugs, cars impounded by law enforcement and taxi bosses everyday.
We are hopeless and got nowhere to turn to.
Please hear our pleas.
Thank you.
